Cancellation Policy
Taylor’d Aesthetics Policies To ensure a seamless and professional experience for all our clients, Taylor’d Aesthetics has updated its policies. Please review the following guidelines before booking your next appointment: 1. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy -We require a 48-hour notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. This policy ensures fairness and allows us to accommodate other clients effectively. -Each appointment allows for a maximum of two reschedules. After two reschedules, a new appointment and deposit will be required. -Cancellations made between 24 to 12 hours before the scheduled session will incur a 30% fee of the session price. -Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled session will incur a 50% fee of the session price. -If a client pre-books their appointment and cancels less than 12 hours before the scheduled session, the 50% deposit already paid will be retained as the cancellation fee.No-shows are not tolerated and will result in losing the privilege to book with our studio. 2. Appointment Pre-Booking Clients who wish to pre-book their next appointment during their current visit must be deposit-ready. A deposit of 50% of the total service cost is required to secure your future appointment. 3. Payment Policy A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This ensures your spot is reserved and streamlines the booking process. 4. New Client Profiles All clients are required to create a profile through our booking system when scheduling an appointment. This profile will securely store your credit card information and streamline future bookings. These policies are designed to maintain fairness, professionalism, and efficiency at Taylor’d Aesthetics.
