If you experience any issues with your service or have an adverse reaction, please contact us within 48 hours of your treatment. We will be happy to address your concerns and work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

 

Products

We understand that skincare is highly individualized and what works for one person may not work for another. To accommodate this, we offer a flexible product exchange policy. If a product you purchased is not working for your skin, we are happy to swap it out for another product that better suits your needs.

 

Product Exchange Policy:

 

Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase.

The product must be at least 75% full.

Proof of purchase is required for all exchanges.

 

How to Initiate an Exchange:

Our team will assist you in selecting a more suitable product.

Return the original product to our studio or ship it back to us.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will process the exchange.

All orders placed with Taylor’d Aesthetics Studio require a processing time of 3-5 business days. During this period, we carefully prepare your order to ensure it meets our high standards of quality and care. Please note that orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
